The Electoral College is a relic of the past. It was made by the founding fathers to prevent uneducated voting as mass education was only a dream at that time. But ,as one can see, the Electoral College is not needed anymore because a gargantuan majority of the population is now educated, thanks to public education. There have been too many occasions where the President didn't win the popular vote, and this has to stop! The United States of America can not call itself a democratic nation if the people don't even choose who gets the highest position in the land . Let's make this right now.
