Abolish the unfair practices of the child support agency (CSA) of taking away passports by the state department

State department will revoke a passport if person owes back child support, which affects job prospects future and present both here and abroad and adversely affecting credit and military service. The CSA, can clean out bank accounts with prejudice and no warning , and has and will blackmail individuals, and also threaten imprisonment for non payment without checking if money is truly owed or if person is a biologically responsible for the child/children. Some men have been forced to sign parental permission unknowingly signing their life away! Which happened to me and have taken me away from my daughter who lives abroad. And also taken away my service to our great country! Many men and women have been unfairly targeted and treated we must abolish the CSA and rescind all of their policies
