Abolish the United State's Anti-Doping Agency USADA, operating with little oversight and no limits to attack US citizens

Created by R.A. on June 13, 2012

The United States Anti-Doping Agency can pursue US citizens involved in sport at home at 3 a.m. and without announcement for doping control urinalysis. USADA can ban an athlete from a sport by not declaring their location on any given day. USADA anti-doping "prosecutions" do not have to meet the same rigorous standards as a criminal case, but can have equal damage to the lives and careers of US citizens. It requires only the ruling of its governing panel and not a jury based on a low threshold of evidence and not "beyond a reasonable doubt." There are no statutes of limitation so the agency can pursue an athlete in perpetuity for the athletes entire life. USADA operates on its own rules and standards and is funded by taxpayer dollars. This agency no longer operates for the common good.
