The United States Congress has dropped to one of it's lowest approval ratings in the history of the system. Almost 90% of Americans express their distrust, and distaste for the Congressional system, and the bipartisan politics it creates.
Therefore, I submit to you that the Congress be immediately dissolved and a new system of legislature be established that will service the people's interests, not the interests of big business, or bipartisan bickering.
I know many people whom Congress have hurt with their indecision, and by extension, incapability to act in a way that benefits, rather than harms. I call upon you, Mister President, to act before it is too late.
