"The Patriot Act" enacted, October 26, 2001 is in direct violation of the "United States Constitution" and "Bill of Rights". Articles found within the act viloate American and human rights to privacy and civil liberties. Articles found theren give the government the ability to voilate established laws in the name of "National Security, which enable officials to disregard rights and liberties established in the "Constitution" and "Bill of Rights".
