Abolish the Unlawful "Mandatory" participation in Social Security.

The Social Security Act does not require a person to have a SSN to live and work in the United States, nor does it require a SSN simply for the purpose of having one. The Supreme Court noted in Copppage v. Kansas, 236 U.S. 1 "Chief among such contracts is that of personal employment, by which labor and other services are exchanged for money or other forms of property. If this right be struck down or arbitrarily interfered with, there is a substantial impairment of liberty in the long established constitutional sense." The unlawful "mandatory" requirement to participate in Social Security and payment of Social Security taxes arbitrarily interferes with the constitutional right to work. Many Americans would rather not participate & there should be a simple way to opt out & still work &live
