Abolish the use of political parties as a means to elect government officials.

The American people are tired of government having an us and them attitude. It is always party against party, leaving the constituents to pay the price of petty rivalries and discord. I propose that the American people no longer have to pick a side in order to vote. We are one and should behave and be treated as such. All candidates should be placed on the ballot and the top 3 should go to the final vote. this will make it easy to address the issues.
