The act will employment that most states have is ruining the way the American people have jobs. Most states can simply fire you with out reason or demote you. I do believe that is unfair. This is also the reason why most people are still on unemployment.
I just recently lost my job due to this rule about at will employment....it was unfair and unjust. So I do believe we need to repeal this so we can get Americans back to work and keep building a better future for our kids.
