For over a year I have dealt with subpar service from Xfinity. The address I live at does not get Verizon DSL, fios, RCN, COX, TWC or any other service provider. I pay $80 a month for spotty service, no service, and no customer service. This has to end. Most of us have no other choice but to give into the demands of Xfinity. No other service providers are allowed to come on base. Please look into the monopoly this company has created and help us have choice when it comes to providers.
