Dear President Obama and ranking members of Congress,
My name is Jackson Henry Palmer and I am invoking my constitutional right as a citizen of the United States of America to call for the abolishment of the Republic of the United States of America and to instate a new form of government similar to that in Germany: A Multi-Member Ptoportional Parliamentary Democracy with the use of a direct democracy.
The Republic has been corrupted, abused, and is being used for the sole purpose of creating monopolies and using debt as a modern form of slavery. Power has become far too concentrated and is no longer in the control of the people and is no longer in the interest of the people.
Therefore, the Republic must be abolished and a new form of government must be instituted.
