Abolition of the Confederate Flag

Be it acknowledged that the Secession of the Southern Slave Holding States was a heinously treasonous act against the Union of these United States of America. And in as much that the symbol of that act was the Confederate flag, which is the symbol of traitors and criminals celebrating crimes against this country AND mankind, be it declared once and for all time, that the display of said Confederate flag in any way, be it wholly or partially represented, shall be declared the federal offense of treason punishable by imprisonment and forfeiture of all property and rights on the first offense. And further, that any repeat acts shall be punishable by banishment and permanent forfeiture of citizenship. And further, that any material brandishing the flag design shall be confiscated and destroyed
