Abort the right for companies/employers to pull an individuals credit to determine employment worthy or eligibility.

Created by M.L. on December 04, 2013

The economy crash has not been kind to the majority of people. Because some people have lost their jobs and then homes cars etc, their credit has been damaged. Does this mean they can't work? It should not matter what position or career they pursue, if credentials and experience fit the needs of a potential employer, that is all that should matter. Not whether their credit score is 720. This is limiting great potential for companies and keeping good people from jobs they excel at, went to school for, etc. Eliminating credit checks for employment opportunities will bring unemployment down.
