ABORTION with VOLUNTARY STERILIZATION. Our nation is divided on the issue of Abortion & Pro-Life, as well as who shall bear costs for the procedure. Compromise seems to be the only solution for this national dilemma. Therefore, the choice of Abortion should be granted only if the patient agrees to "Voluntary Sterilization" procedures at the time of the abortion. Abortions performed for purposes to save the life of the mother shall be EXEMPT from voluntarily sterilization. Abortions shall be paid by the patient in ALL cases and voluntary sterilizations shall be paid for by the Government if the patient's total income level is determined to be within the poverty range established and the patient is a Citizen of the United States.
