About providing the help to Ukraine

The USA, according to the legislation, have no right to give financial help to the state which lawful president was overthrown as a result of a military coup. Which we see now in Ukraine. The law was applied in cases when it was necessary for administration and its allies in the Congress, and it was ignored when faced the inconvenient truth. In a case with Ukraine nobody denied two things. The first: Yanukovych's government was duly elected. The second: it was overthrown with force use, including participants of the most extreme neo-Nazi groups"
