That absolutely no child attending public school be denied lunch for having insufficient funds in lunch account.

I want to make sure no child is ever denied a lunch meal at any public school nation wide. This is an atrocity to say the least. Prisoners are giving free meals three times a day.
But our children are denied their lunch!
