The opinions of the individuals who created and signed the numerous petitions for state seccession do not reflect the opinions of the majority of the citizens of this nation, and will only undermine any and all efforts of reunification. The media attention they have garnered is enough, and they should not recieve an official White House response, as this will only legitimize their stance.
The above mentioned individuals are being completely unpatriotic, selfish, and clearly do not understand the purpose and ideals of a democracy.
We the people beg of you, do not respond to them.
