To absolve, repeal, 'get rid of' the Feres Doctorine, and hold military doctors responsible for malpractice

Created by L.C. on January 24, 2014

The Feres Doctorine has prevented those in the care of military doctors unable to seek restitution for medical mistakes/malpractice. Service members as well as their families, including children are at risk because the Feres Doctorine guarantees that those doctors (both military and civilian serving in a military treatment facility) who have made mistakes either once or repeated to keep practicing with immunity to punishment while their patients are left to deal with mistakes.
