All Security Police Force personnel will be national and international military personnel only, living, working from military bases only, are prohibited living in any civilian population during military policing service as temporary or as carrier employment. Policing personnel will have mandatory 2yr duty station rotations, each 2yr duty station is mandatory distance of 500+ to 1,000+ miles apart, all duty stations will be new unfamiliar fellow officers as enlisted and commissioned personnel. All personnel are mill spec pay-grade on 24/7 stand-by employment. As a primary, all civilians are inducted into military policing force before returning to civil employment as secondary.
