Absorb the states of Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico into the great state of Texas. Also, build a moat.

First and foremost, I think its clear that we really don't need Arkansas, so essentially, all Im saying is we might as well add it to Texas, and while we're at it, all of those other border states too.

Also we need a moat, to keep the illegals out.

We should build it in like Kansas, or Iowa.
