Stipulate a national law that ends killing of Dogs, Cats, Parrots, Birds, Rabbits, Guineapigs, Hamsters and other animals who are brought into pounds and killed by euthanasia after suffering all abuse.
I propose that this ends inhumanity absolutely without any exception. The goal is to ensure safety and survival of all animals. Even when they have to be off streets for safety and health reasons. We must not harm free wild life or those abondoned by irresponsible or unable to care people who once took on the responsibility of adopting animal/s.
Feral or wild animals need protection both from development by our species and from natural elements. We need animal sanctuaries and educate all to treat animals kindly and compassionately. Depriving them of life is ruthless and cruel.
