Just because a person has a psychiatric history or even that an extensive psychiatric history does not necessarily mean that at a particular given time of an incident suggesting that a client was displaying symptoms based on a claim or accusation that he or she actually relapsed to where false claims can be misleading resulting in a useless and baseless hospitalization. Denying RIGHTS to inheritance etc.
