My mother was seriously hurt in a nursing home. She sustained multiple injuries, including a broken femur. She has alzheimer's and is totally convalescent. The abuse ranges from neglect to physical bodily harm, which is what happened to my mother. This abuse took place at Indigo Manor in Daytona Beach Fl. I live in California, and I am trying to save the money to bring my mother here which costs twenty five thousand dollars. I have moved my mother to another facility in Daytona Beach, unfortunately it is not much better. Please spread awareness of abuse in nursing homes so that we can stop this.
