We have a city that Latinos is the most guilty on car accident, we get more jail and tickets than white community fron doing same violation just because we are Latinos or we don't speak English. The court and police department are corrupted. With families and friend working on the same deparment and judges alway have influence from families, and old friends, we need this corruption to change, rebuild our courts, and the police department. And judges corrupt need to be send to jail.
The water department, city hall, a many office from government white resident and worker think this belong to then like a family live this as will. .or is a family business.
