The abuse of small animals kept as pets such as guinea pigs, rats, mice, etc... by large pet stores and breeders

There is a world wide pandemic of mills rapidly breeding all manner of animals for sale in a pet store as pets. These animals face regular abuses both in the mill and in the pet stores including improper veterinary care, improper feeding, malnutrition, mixing genders which leads to mass breeding and in many cases, inbreeding which leads to the animals suffering from birth defects as well as living in cramped spaces that are significantly to small for their basic living needs. We the people hereby request the august Obama Administration to call the United States Legislature into action on this issue here in our own nation and to be a world leader in solving this crisis.
