Whereas the Academy Awards are unfairly unrepresentative of those in the film industry,
and whereas Hollywood is incapable of regulating itself,
Be it resolved that the Executive Branch of the U.S. government correct the Academy's injustices by mandating that Oscar nominees and winners be fairly representative of all peoples of all races, genders, colors, religions, nationalities, origins, planets, (but not politics).
