The EB3 priority date for the Philippines has overly slowed down. Mexico and India has advanced so much in the past year. Mexico has gained 10 months of advancement in just a month (June 2013) while the Philippines only moved 1 week every month since the last 12 to 16 months. I don't see the Philippines having more petitions than the other mentioned countries and I expect the same movement of priority dates or better.
