Article I.
Hereby asserts the articles of independence of the United Republic of California, to secede from the United States of America, and to take with it a number of cities of its choosing, along with all unincorporated areas situated inside said city lines, which is situated in the present United States State of the Republic of California: and the right to do with this land what the President, Vice President, and the Union of the Congress of the Republic of California see to be fit. Also asserting that the US government shall remove all of its employees out of the United Republic of California by the 5th of May, 2015.
