On or about August 5, 2010 President Obama promised to review and take under advisement the Job Creation Restoration Plan.
One of the many benefits of the Job Creation Restoration Plan (a copy can be found at http://theemancipationproclamation.com/ ) is that it will provide free higher education to African Americans throughout the United States which can begin immediately with an Executive Order from President Obama or being upheld by the United States Congress.
This plan will help reduce the high unemployment, crime and poverty rates in African American communities while at the same time help improve relations with Police Departments.
Therefore, we request that President Obama uphold this Free Higher Education For African Americans Plan with his Executive Order.
