Following the State of the Union, President Obama has agreed to be interviewed by three Youtube personalities. While these personalities may be great in their own rights, their channels are not devoted to political journalism. The largest Youtube political news channel is The Young Turks, hosted by Cenk Uygur, with around 38 million unique views per month.
To establish greater transparency in this administration, an interview with The Young Turks should be added to this schedule. Likewise, no questions should be vetted beforehand so there can be open and honest discourse.
