The recent responses to petitions on this site have shown that the administration's responders are locked into their mindset and fail to respond to the actual issues in the petition. TSA Administrator Pistole's response reads like a propaganda piece, addressing none of the issues voiced by the petitioner. Instead it is a boring sermon about how great the people who work for TSA are, and how right this massive, paranoid response is for America. The psychic disconnect is appalling.
There are serious arguments made by serious citizens who take the time to write. If all the administration can do is give back canned propaganda, or insist that their way, the current way, is the right way, then this site becomes a way to beat one's head against the wall of ignorance of our political class.
