Accept Shari'a Law as a legitimate body of law and allocate specific Shari'a courts of law for followers of Islam

Created by S.C. on February 09, 2016

The Islamic body of law, Shari'a Law, has met with much negativity from legislative entities during its rising popularity in the media in recent years. The increasing immigration of and conversion to Islam in the United States has led to a need for determined courts of law specific to Shari'a and sensitive to its customs and practices. We the People petition the Obama administration to allow for these courts to be created and lawyers to be trained to take on cases in which Shari'a Law is involved. This solution to the dichotomy between the Constitution and Islamic law provides for fair and just consideration of each as well as will hopefully take away from the critical stigma associated with Shari'a Law.
