It is our belief that the Western states of the United States have been marginalized at the expense of Eastern interests, and we seek to dissolve our bonds with the nation to form our own independent nation.
There are moments in every nations history when it is better to break the political ties with itself in order to allow the governed to take a larger role in their own self-determination. The mitosis leads to a strengthening of the philosophical foundations of that nation and expand it further than one government could have alone. We believe it is in the interest of liberty to allow such a division to take place so the fundaments of our shared system of belief are not destroyed by increasing regional political, social, and economic disparities and the conflicting interests therein.
