Access Cards need restrictions

Created by A.K. on March 26, 2012

Access cards for people with low income help families purchase necessities. Access cards are sometimes used to buy expensive foods, electronics, and unnecessary items. These cards need to have more restrictions on what can be purchased instead of having the freedom to purchase anything. There should be a monthly statement of everything that was purchased with the access card. Anything not pertaining to basic needs of the family will result in deactivation of the card. There should be a monthly drug test because the government should not financially support individuals who are using their cash for drugs. Government money shouldn’t be taken advantage of and the people who take advantage need to be stopped. This will be time consuming, but these people need to be stopped.
