access to scientific research publications

Thousands of articles get published in each year But its being due to funding policies these researches does not get published in the right open access journals. The subcription fees for the journals are so much that we cant afford such prices. If the US citizens are paying the tax for research then there must be a freedom to view and access the journal research. The open access era have started from Biomed Central Springer open access and some DOAJ journals.But still some good research publications are not free at all.To make the research available and to perform a high quality research we need Open access to the publications and as well as the data.
