We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Accidents, Not Crimes

Created by S.O. on July 23, 2016

With Hillary Clinton recently let off of her charge of treason simply on account of she "didn't mean to" or her "not knowing it was illegal", we, the American people, are faced with a delima: Should we all be given the same treatment as politicians? Well, should she truly be so "big" on everyone being treated equal, I'm sure she will agree. Anyone charged and imprisoned for an "accident" or had been unaware that their actions were, in fact, a crime, are to be pardoned of all charges and released. This ranges from simple Tresspassing to Involuntary Manslaughter. No compensation is needed to be paid, although the individuals must either be released or granted a retrial where ignorance is a valid argument.
