Accommodate Immigration... Not Prohibit It... By Building USA Entry Compounds Along Southern/Northern/Coastal Borders

Construct U.S. Entry Compounds along the U.S. border in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, southern California, Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan, upstate New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine and on the U.S. coastlines in Florida, North Carolina, northern California and New Jersey. Each compound would have transitional housing; medical facilities; criminal investigators; evaluators of job and language skills, finances, and education; and reference-checkers to determine entry status. Require all immigrants to enter the U.S. through an entry compound for a 30-day evaluation. Entry compounds would create new jobs -- construction, law enforcement, medical, clerical, etc. And entry states would collect entry fees from immigrants to monitor them for 1 year upon entry.
