2nd Amendment: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
In accordance with the 2nd Amendment , all citizens that own a firearm be trained and regulated by State National Guard and subject to call as militia. The 2nd Amendment clearly state that the right to bear arms be regulated for Militia purposes. The US government as failed to follow the constitution as written.
