Accountability and Performance Management for Government Programs.

Created by D.M. on June 23, 2013

Enforce basic accountability regards the use of taxpayer funds supporting all programs.

Require the General Accounting Office establish quarterly reporting which documents where funding allocation, administration, and where recipients, as groups, are spending taxpayer provided funding. Use the stated objectives of the program to document target performance levels and post the continuing results on a central public website which we will use to assess viability.

This approach reinforces the government’s responsibility to be good stewards of the funds provided, establishes a tool to assess the effectiveness of a program, and provides empirical data as reference information for future initiatives.

This reporting should be included in all current and future efforts.
