We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Accountability if denying/restricting law biding citizens their right to carry a firearm into a public/private dwelling.

Any business or individual who chooses to deny and/or restrict a law biding citizen from exercising their constitutional right to carry a firearm into any establishment permissible by law, for any reason shall by law;

A) Be expected to provide protections that are equal to, or exceed that in which had been denied and/or restricted.

B) Assume full liability for that citizens’ safety should any negative effects be incurred as a result of such a denial and/or restriction.

C) Knowingly failing to provide such protections will be consider gross negligence.

The intention is to hold those accountable who wish to deny an individual the constitutional right to bear arms and protect themselves.
