I petition there by a law designed that no Congressional member is allowed to vote on a bill without first reading a bill and understanding it in it's entirety. There are too many bills getting passed at taxpayers expense that aren't understood by Congress. If a Congressional member is passing a bill without reading it first fully, it will result in a felony charge. Otherwise it's just stealing from the American people because we're not paying $174,000 for half a job or incompetence plus the cost of the bill.
Both Conservatives and Liberals are demanding an accountable Congress.
