All partisan issues must be on the table with no sacred cows. The Republicans have declared their staunch position about the repeal of the Healthcare for America Plan and "no higher taxes for those earning over $250,000 per year". Democrats do not want to cut entitlement programs such as Medicare. To make this negotiation work, everyone must move toward the middle. The American people want to see specifically how each Party has moved toward the middle ground of agreement. There should be a joint weekly status briefing for the American public which originates in Congress and specifically delineates who has moved and who has not moved toward a satisfactory middle ground. We the People want the facts! We are tired of listening to the talking heads who resonate with the same tired script.
