We the People wish for this Administration to form a full response regarding the following suggested violations of the United States Constitution:
•Violation of the Fourth Amendment by performing unnecessary search of the American people with the NSA surveillance programs.
•The administration needs to acknowledge that the previous administration (Bush) had two articles of impeachment filed against it for surveillance programs similar to the programs that the current (Obama) administration uses.
•The administration needs to acknowledge its violation of the Constitution's Seperation of Powers or needs to provide references to the specific articles of the Constitution that the administration itself references when determining the extent of its power to change the law without Congress.
