Statistics from the Bureau of Invastigative Journalism state that there have been 312 drone strikes in Pakistan under the Obama administration. The total amount of civilians reported killed during CIA drone strikes in Pakistan from 2004- 2013 have been 473- 893. The total amount of children reported killed is 176. Although drone strikes may be an effective way to lower the risk of American soldier casualties, they raise the risk of civilian casualties.
