Acknowledge ABA as a Scientifically Proven Therapy and Recognition/Implementation of ABA Therapy as EHB by all Agencies

We beseech the President, of the United States, to issue an Executive Order directing all government agencies to acknowledge that ABA therapy is: scientifically proven form of therapy; a health service not an educational service; and, that they recognize and implement of the definition of ABA therapy as an Essential Health Benefit (EHB) in all their policies and procedures. The problem by not having ABA defined as an EHB and recognized/implemented by the Government has created a wide range of health care problems in the autism community. This petition focuses on getting the definition and recognition of ABA therapy as an EHB recognized so that our children will not have to wait for proven therapies to assist them in achieving full potential
