Acknowledge that Americans who abide by current laws pose no credible threat to anyone except criminals, and in fact make the rest of us safer by providing immediate respond to crime in their own residence or place of business. I propose that congress take up legislation to allow for a national right to carry law, that would allow concealed carry permits to be granted to qualified individuals that are valid in all 50 states.
