It has come to our attention that the United States, despite it's image of justice and order, is one of the few developed nations to to merely ratify the work of the ICC. Furthermore, our country has shown no interest in becoming states parties, that the US is not beholden to any legal obligations arising from their former representative's signature of the Statute (the Rome Statute).
