On September 23, 2014 the President displayed a cavalier attitude toward military decorum by saluting his USMC Honor Guard with a disposable cup in his right hand. As Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces this is unacceptable. A true LEADER would recognize this transgression and publicly apologize. We, the undersigned, call on President Obama to do so.
