Acknowledge and expand the rights of legal citizens of the Territories of the United States of America

We the people, acknowledge the civil rights of all legal citizens living within Territories of the United States of America. In recognition of these rights within U.S. Territorial lands, the legal citizens of U.S. Territories are granted full Constitutional rights including the right to elect one Senator and one Representative to serve with full powers on all business within each branch of Congress, participate in Presidential elections with each registered adult voter casting their vote, and send one delegate to the Electoral College for the purpose of choosing the President of the United States. United States Territory citizens are immediately granted full protection under the Constitution, after a simple majority vote of Congress and signature of the President of these United States
