Responses for gun control have been responded to, however, numerous petitions have been created AGAINST gun control that have exceeded the minimum signature requirements yet no response. Are only those petitions agreeing with your political views eligible? You have said you are listening to the people and will act in a manner reflecting the majority. The majority has spoken, is speaking now, and will continue to speak, so why are you not listening. The majority does not want more gun control. Other measures will affect a safer future than restricting guns to legal citizens. Initiate a vote. Not a political poll only for those you THINK represent the country, but an actual vote for all voting eligible Americans on the gun control issue, and agree to do as the majority sees fit.
