Acknowledge the authority of a state to ratify an article of secession and allow such states to join in a peaceful union

State's rights is an issue which has caused much turmoil in recent and past years. The rights of the states have often been ignored or stripped. Time and time again, the Federal Government, primarily the Supreme Court and Congress, have declared state laws unconstitutional because they violate Federal Law. The right of the state is the most important principal in this nation. Without the state there is no Union. That is why state's rights must finally be recognized-- the right to govern themselves independent of a national authority, and the right to secede from that authority which frequently abuses its power. This nation has faced much bloodshed once because of these principals. Let us not see such bloodshed again. Allow those states which wish to secede to do so with peace.
